Positive: Keys were easy to collect. The host gave plenty of information by text message. The property is clean and spacious. It had everything you need for cooking, washing and sleeping. Garbage bins are in every room as well for convenience. It has a concrete yard where we did a BBQ and fireworks. There is a very natural area 100 metres away where you can walk on the beach of lake Biwa. Good access to Kyoto and North coast. McDonalds and Conbini 5 mins drive away. I would rate 9/10 but I am giving a bonus point because I left my scuba mask and the kind host took time to send it back to my house. Excellent!

Negative: No problems. Maybe curtains would be better than blinds. Some light got in and woke my son up at 6.30am. But no real complaints
