Positive: The house is very roomy and nice. However, better directions need to be given. I finally found an alternate address to use for Google Maps in an email. The address given takes you to the wrong house 10 minutes away. It was very difficult to find this property and obtain the keys from the lockbox. It is not that close to the beach.
