Positive: All cooking wares are new and very handy, refrigerator works perfectly. Bathroom is good, laundry machine is new and works well.

Negative: Room 101, the Sofa location is a bit awkward, it kinda blocked the bedroom entrance, we move it to the opposite side.

Summary: It is a new and well-equipped apartment for a short stay or even long stays. Location is good .
