Positive: The property was perfect for me, my husband and our teenage daughter. It was clean and comfortable. We loved our stay! Shizuko was easy to contact through the app. Washing machine was very easy to use. Wet room has a bath and shower and also a dryer for getting your clothes washed and dried easily overnight. Wi-fi was very reliable. Lovely quiet neighborhood with Family Mart only 2 minute walk away.

Negative: It was in a great location. Train station is very close, but the bus was even better. It was walking distance to Shibuya and Harajuku, however after walking an average of 20,000 steps a day, we opted to use the train or bus due to being tired. Yoyogi Park is so close and beautiful to walk around.

Summary: Will stay here again when we come back to Tokyo!!!
