Summary: When we checked in, I handed the information to the front desk as the reservation was under my name, we were told to wait in the lobby and someone would come to us and explain everything such as where the breakfast and the public bath were located at, one of the male front desk returned the passports to my husband instead of me, and he started explaining everything to my husband only and ignored my daughter and I while we were sitting together, I was confused then I realised that because of we are female so he doesn’t talk to us? This is very rude and disrespectful to me and my daughter especially when the reservation is under my name. Other than that everything was great, the sea views from the room and the in room open air onsen was incredible as well as the public bath, we enjoyed our stay. It would have been perfect if my daughter and I were treated respectfully while checking in.
