Positive: Basic facilities are good. I contacted to the staff to call for support because I went there alone and I couldn't bring a 20'' suitcase alone, and they were very supportive to let me stay on the 1st floor. There were basic facilities, including a TV, free Wi-Fi, and a hair dryer. The location is good, pretty close to the main railway station and other bus stops. The room was clean.

Negative: The house is located in a small lane so it may be difficult for you to find it at first. There is no staff at the counter, so you may find it uncomfortable as you have to contact them remotely. There is no drinking water available in your room, only a public water case at the counter of the 1st floor. No shoes are allowed inside the house, so you must take them off immediately when you arrive at the house. The stairs are quite small, and there are no elevators, so if you plan to bring a lot of luggage, you should consider it carefully. You can still hear the noise from other customers when you stay in your room. There is no private refrigerator, only 1 at the counter on the 1st floor, so if you need to use it, you will have to use it with other customers at well.
