Positive: The room has quality furnishings and was clearly designed for guests' comfort and livability. You can also opt for a scrumptious breakfast spread to be delivered to your door, to be enjoyed with a tranquil view of the mountains and the garden. Best of all, Christine and her family were so hospitable and accommodating. The area has everything you need if you want some outdoor activity as well - a ranch offering horse riding lessons, wine valleys for a panoramic stroll or drink, complete with local Christmas markets, bakeries, and restaurants. The nearby towns such as Gengenbach and Baden-Baden are so charming and just a short train ride away from Offenburg station. If you go slightly further, you can hike at higher altitudes in Mummelsee and Hornisgrinde.
