Positive: The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating- I speak a little Japanese but it's notable that they were kind to English speakers and helpful in that aspect. The facilities are gorgeous and comfortable. The beds and the bath were outstanding. My breakfast was so good! What a charming setup they had for breakfast service
