Positive: The house is very big and comfortable. There is a well-thought house guide that is very helpful for foreigners who cannot read Japanese. The owner is very responsive and friendly. All toiletries are provided and are way, even more, better than staying in hotels nearby. We have visited Itoigawa several times already and stayed in different hotels, but this house was the best place we have stayed by far. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet so you can sleep very well.

Negative: Nothing. Everything is perfect.

Summary: If you want to choose a place to stay in Itoigawa, stay in this house. Better than staying in a hotel.
