Positive: The location was very good, just a few minutes from Shin-Shizuoka. The administrator was friendly and helpful and spoke English.

Negative: When you opened the door to the room, you could smell tgat it stank like smoke. The walls in the room were very dirty, it made us queation the cleanliness of everything else too.
