Positive: The staff were helpful when they are there. No reliable ability to leave luggage at hotel before check in time because no staff and unsecured lobby.

Negative: Room had no windows. TV and internet were down which they told us about before check in and we would be ok with that, but when we got to the room there was severe construction noise right above the room that made it unbearable. The other room we booked had a straight up open hole in the ceiling for construction. Not ok. We ended up leaving for a different location. Staff was helpful in refining.
