Summary: Loved staying at Milky house, would definitely stay again. It's a 10-minute walk to the Annupuri Gondola, had a cute little bar on-site for great apres drinks and a food cart that was there each evening. In addition the dinners and breakfast served at Milky were amazing! The staff were so kind and accommodating.

Summary: I rated them excellent on everything, especially customer service thanks to a medical emergency. They helped out with immensely. The one area that was a little bit more challenging was the fact that it’s an older building and you have to expect some idiosyncrasies but was well maintained. The location and staff are what stand out most!

Summary: The staff were so helpful in arranging lift passes, ski rentals and transportation. Great family vibe with home cooked comfort food. All meals were excellent. The onsite cafe/bar was an added bonus.
The staff were all super friendly and made us feel welcome at all times.

Summary: Overall this property is very good.. give you a home feeling while travel in niseko.. but only one thing is the bath room only.. you have to queue to take bath.. and if is peak season.. u gonna wait..
But overall..its very nice to stay.. the food is nice and impress me alot..

Summary: The service is superb. Milky house fetched us from Niseko JR station upon arrival. This has minimised our hazard from finding transport to access the hotel. The breakfast and dinner served is fabulous.
