Summary: Pros: good breakfast with lots of options which changed throughout the trip One lady on reception went out of her way to help us Pool looked nice although we did not use it Gym was well-equipped Cons: very hard, uncomfortable beds. Thin walls, no soundproofing at all (and yes, I do expect this in a hotel! It's not a ryokan) It was quite grubby - the whole hotel needs a deep clean, not just a superficial one The rooms/facilities are very dated and tired. The photos are out of date and the stay felt expensive for what it was.
