Summary: Elegant hotel with a great, polite and courteous service. Very classy and the bellhops in their charming uniforms are a nice touch and very friendly. Even the cleaning staff is friendly. Wonderful breakfast buffet with excellent, friendly staff and service. Rooms were clean and supplied with plenty of water along with tea bags. Nice to have tissue in both the bathroom and the bedroom area. Provided slippers comfy. Nice toiletries, too. The only minor critical comments are 1) that the toilet in the bathroom was an older model and was slow to flush, requiring that you hold down the handle for several seconds to fully flush it -a bit of a drag, but not a deal breaker and 2) the info provided to us at the front desk(s) about a couple of places lacked store hours and so we ended up having to wait 90 minutes for one store to open and the other store was closed for the holidays which ended up being a wasted taxicab ride. Might be helpful if front staff double-checked on hours in addition to providing other helpful info.
