Summary: The hotel grounds are amazing, the staff friendly but lacking in the sense where we paid full rate and received an off season service. Breakfast was good but not buffet, the jacuzzi in the room was disabled according to staff. You need to tell them if you’re coming back after 23:00 because they close the main gate. The room was super spacious and nice but needs a refresh… over all, it is a great hotel considering others in the area and as I said the grounds are amazing, photos attached
