Positive: ROOM size: HUGE and clean room. Plenty of space for luggage. Room has a balcony with a clothes line and hangers. Perfect for travelers who pack light and wash own clothes. LOCATION: Hotel is on the 11th floor of a building right next to the night market street. Highly convenient for grabbing nightly dinner and snacks. BATHROOM: BIG and clean with a window for ventilation. Shower water pressure is strong. Toiletries provided are of good quality. STAFF: Quick to respond to inquiries prior to our arrival. Clear instructions on how to locate hotel building and self check in after office their office hours. We had to request for an extension for two more days due to typhoon. Staff members were friendly, understanding, and accommodating. EXTRA TOUCHES: Free simple but delicious snacks (veggie crackers) and tea and coffee packets in the hallway. Nice treat when going back to hotel.
