Positive: Great staff at the reception - very helpful and accommodating when they first handed out the wrong keys, trying to make up for it.

Negative: Unfortunately, our toilet seat wasn’t cleaned when we first opened it and the room had a bad disinfection smell. We weren’t dissatisfied with the value for money because of these circumstances.
