Positive: The facilities were excellent for a 2 / 3 star hotel. Nearby there's great options to eat cheaply or if you chose expensively. Supermarkets and transport links are great. 3 railway stations .one 15 to 20 min walk . Two within 10 to 15 min walks .Local buses pass within a 5 min walk. The staff were excellent and exceptionally helpful when a potential crisis arose during our visit . The staff kept the hotel and rooms very clean and refreshed . A fridge , microwave and kettle made life comfortable within the hotel.The room size was really good for the Tokyo and greater Tokyo area. we stayed for 3 weeks so had an exceptional ability to look at and access the hotel. I am at a total loss to understand the negative reviews posted about this hotel.

Negative: The stay was very good. Nothing to complain about.
