Summary: I rented a one-person, Japanese-style room. The bedding was immaculate, the tatami was in good condition, the furniture was clean. However, the room was very damp, it smelled and felt like being in a damp cave. The air conditioning didn't improve things much, and it had spots of mold on the vents. The walls, although clean, were battered with scuff marks. Showers and toilets were pretty clean. It's a cheap and convenient place to lay your head and get showered on a tight budget.
