Summary: I was quite disappointed with my stay. I have previously stayed with this hotel group and had a very positive experience with their clean and stylish design, so my expectations were high, but this visit was far from it. The location was not convenient, requiring a walk of over 15 minutes to reach either the JR or Metro station. The hotel is split into two buildings, and our room was in the second one, which has no front desk staff. This was very inconvenient, as we had to walk to the first building just to get fresh towels since there was no daily room cleaning service. The building is located in a quiet residential area, which was a plus. However, the room's design was very strange, feeling like a converted residential unit with an "uncomfortable" layout. The door opened outwards, which felt a bit unsafe. The room also felt a bit old in some areas, with a strange mix of an older front section and a more recently renovated bathroom area. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and the "uncomfortable" feeling in the room was a major drawback. I will not be staying at this hotel again.
