Positive: Excellent location - the hotel is located just beside Katsuyama-cho tram station with several convenience stores located nearby. The room given to us was well-kept, and the in-house onsen was perfect as well. Bonus points for the incredible patience the staff displayed while helping me arrange for luggage forwarding.

Negative: Nothing really - maybe just the breakfast buffet. Quality was inconsistent, but generally we felt it was worth what we paid for.

Summary: Another win from the Route Inn franchise.
