Summary: It was a great experience staying in a traditional Japanese home and the hostess , Adachi san was lovely and welcoming and she spoke good English which was really helpful. We chose the Japanese breakfast option and it was delicious especially the Agedashi tofu which was one of the best we've had ! The only reason we have not given it 5 stars is because the property was in a residential area and the street it was on was particularly narrow so the taxi was not able to drive right up to the door and so left us on the main intersection and we had to contend with lugging our luggage down the street to look for it. Having said that it wasn't that far nor hard to find and if you chose a smaller taxi, it would be able access the street. Bearing in mind it is a traditional home, and as the accomodation is on the 1st floor, it also meant taking our luggage up some steep stairs too. A small price to pay for a unique accomodation and there was even laundry facilities and a kitchenette . The place was also immaculately clean !
