Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Popular and quiet suburb. Pleasant environment. Lots of amenities. Very clean premises.

Negative: A bit far from the city center (30 minutes by train). Air conditioning is ok in the bedroom but stifling heat in the rest of the house despite a fan. Poor light and sound insulation. You can hear the neighbors and you must not make any noise. The curtains are not blackout and the sun enters the room from 5 a.m.
