Summary: There was little interaction with staff as it was a self-check-in/out sort of place. Basically a budget hotel. The room was extremely tiny and one side was butted against the wall so one person ( of a couple) would have no bedside table. No space to walk when two suitcases are opened. The only good thing is the hot water was constant and pressure was decent. Also the hotel is linked to the shibuya station so rather convenient location
