Summary: It was a quick stay. Tenjin station is about 10 mins away. But initially took me 3 hrs to find, bc there is no real easy way to know around area if your not from there.
Inside was pretty clean, but what impressed me was a real mattress with a matt on top and down comfortor. Usually these places usually only have a matt and comforter.
The Downside was only one shower with no soap or shampoo. Towels are provided. This is for 10 or more people on that floor. Luckily I was one of few who stayed, making it much easier, but can imagine, if it is full, when one can shower would be jackpot timing.
Downstairs looked like a separate business for laundry machines, but did not bother the check in. Lady was very nice and kind. They are not great english speakers, but understood what was being asked. So good enough.

Summary: Great staff. Made be feel welcome and at home. The area is noisier than I'm used to but overall I had a great sleep and stay.
