Positive: very big. comfortable bed. big kitchen preparation area. they do supply tower. it's in the drawer. I saw ppl comment that there was no hangering in the bathroom. I would say that Japanese style they spareate wet and dry area, so there has a curtain. While you take a shower, take the curtain off. that whole area for you to change.

Negative: really need to add some more tableware. let say if we have 6 people stay 3 nights and cook ourselves. those paper cups and bowls would finish at the 1st night. what about 2nd , 3rd nights? or if you don't couraging your guests using the kitchen, just stop guests using kitchen. that is my opinion.
