Summary: Peaceful, beautiful scenery and homely. The hosts were friendly and helpful to share about transport and food options, and answered my questions when I had difficulty navigating Furano (my first time in Hokkaido). As a solo traveler without a car, I am grateful that they picked me up on my first day and sent me to the bus stop on my last day. House is very comfortable and spacious. Thanks Penguin and Jane for being such great hosts!
