Summary: Room are spotless, clean and comfortable. Public spas are very good, amenities are very well prepared. Should have shower cap. Staff are very nice and helpful. I lost my stuff, staff in dining area and front are very helpful. They tried to find it and return to me at my room. I am very appreciated for your kind effort. I did not know there names because everyone are very eager to help. Please give my thanks to all of them. I don't like buffet style. I prefer kaiseki dinner and breakfast. If you have kaiseki dinner and breakfast, I will stay with you again.
