Summary: Staff is very helpful. They helped us to make reservation with restaurants. It’s a great help to those not speaking Japanese. Room is clean but a bit small and layout is strange. Bathroom, toilet and washing basin are separated in 3 different areas. Location is good. Only 10 min walks to Hakata Station. There are some small shops for dinner in the neighborhood.
