Summary: Regarding the room tidiness and personal service are fully satisfied. The deduction points for overall experience go to the insufficient hotel entrance and parking navigation that i need to spend over 20min to walk thru the shopping mall to identify the hotel entrance then consult the front desk crew to indicate the parking entrance with another 15min spent. Afterwards I noticed tooth brush is not included and caused me another troublesome to buy a new set.
