Positive: The location of this property is ideal. It is in a quiet neighborhood, just steps away from 7-11. A few minutes walk from Sen so ji temple, Sky Tree and the Sumida river. There is a Yamato transport service a few blocks away.

Negative: The stairs are pretty steep.
