Summary: Very well located familyrun hotel with the owner taking very good care of her guests. Especially the rear facing rooms are well appointed, very spacious and comfortable (front facing rooms are on the roadside so tend to be noisy). Very personalised service with time being taken to explain where all the sights are in relation to the hotel and restaurant recommendations. In our case not only did the owner pre-order the courses for a birthday lunch, she made it extra memorable by arranging a birthday cake to be offered at the end. Great enjoyable stay!
