Summary: They only offer room cleaning once every 3 days. We found the towels provided to be quite thin and they didn't dry easily in the bathroom, so we had to ask for new towels on the second day. Thankfully they provided extra towels when we asked. We ran a load of laundry while we were there (700yen) with an extra drying cycle (200yen). Somehow our clothes seemed more wet after the extra drying time. Would not use their laundry facilities again. The mattress is very firm and the pillows offer no support. The room was clean enough and spacious for Japanese room sizes.
