Positive: Conveniently located just a short 2 min walk away from Morioka station via the underpass. Clean and comfortable. Welcoming staff.

Negative: The property is dated and the room was really small (smaller than usual Japanese business hotels). Traditional lock and key instead of the typical key card system.
