Summary: Wonderful hotel with spacious rooms and large beds. It was clean and airy and fresh. Location just a 5 minutes walk from Nagoya Station could not be better. The only negative was I wanted to extend my stay a night and the rate they offered was more than double the online rate. I found that to be quite predatory and opportunistic. And it loses both business and goodwill. I went and sat in the lobby and rebooked online, so all good.
