Positive: We loved this property, it was clean, cosy, the perfect location and the beds were like CLOUDS. The view from the window on the third floor was absolutely beautiful. The host is an angel and extremely accommodating - she helped us organise our large suitcases to be delivered to Tokyo through Yamato Transport FROM the accommodation. The in-house onsen is a daily luxury and the perfect way to end a big day snowboarding. They also have a washing machine and dry room for all your clothes and snowboarding gear - laundry detergent supplied

Negative: Nothing to be honest.

Summary: Perfect place to stay for a couple. Really excited to return and stay here again
