Positive: Seemed like a brand new hotel. Decent sized rooms, all the facilities you could want, helpful staff. Sparkling clean and only minutes from the metro station, Chuo line. Perfect for our Expo visit, but would be equally good for a general Osaka stay.

Negative: Everything was great. No complaints at all.
