Summary: Good location, clean and cost effective hotel.
The rooms are not very big but they are in good condition and functional even for 3 adults. They provided delicious coffee (which you can get more of from the lobby). The fridge and microwave were convenient.
The area is quiet at night. There is no attendant to check in but they have a tablet with adequate English instructions. There is also no elevator but despite being on the top (5th) floor we didn't find this to be an issue (get a few more steps in!)

Summary: Walk up was 5 flights up, outside and in the snow one day: cold and slippery! Shared lounge was nice with seating and mini kitchen. Room was poorly laid out, furnishings didn’t fit well, needs redesigned. Property was 15 minute walk from nearest train station.

Summary: While it is a slight walk to and from center city it’s not terrible at all, good location. For three of us we were comfortable within the space while there.

Summary: It has been abnormally cold in Japan. The room was good sized and not too far from Yokogawa station. However, the heater was not enough to warm up the room. I had 2 comforters and a blanket on top. It wasn't freezing in the room, but cold enough that you couldn't sit there and watch TV without a blanket covering you. That was with the heater on.
And there is no elevator, but I was on the 2nd floor. It looks like there are 5 or 6 floors, so I hope you get a lower floor.

Summary: Overall good, the 'included breakfast' is first come first serve, and it is simple piece of bread. With respect to other guest, you take just one and I don't consider it a proper breakfast. Nice 24/7 access lounge where you can socialize if you wish.
