Positive: We absolutely loved our time at Relax Koenji House. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful from start to finish, making everything smooth and easy. The house itself was spotless, clean, bright, and thoughtfully set up for comfort. The beds and bedding were super cozy, and we really appreciated having both a great shower and a soaking tub after long days exploring Tokyo. Having a washer and dryer was such a bonus too! There’s plenty of space for a family, and the layout felt open and comfortable. The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk to Koenji Station, with tons of restaurants, cafés, and little shops nearby. The neighborhood is calm but still has that fun, local energy that makes Koenji special. Overall, an amazing place to stay and we’d come back in a heartbeat!
