Summary: Room was great. Onsen was great. Front desk staff were not very friendly. My wife is Japanese and they were rude to both of us. Coming in at night after dinner no one says hello even though they are just sitting at the front desk. Nice room and comfortable bed. Shower was excellent too. Too bad the staff are not more friendly. It is a hotel after all....
