Positive: Location is excellent, near to Namba metro & train station as OCAT airport bus, so Dotonbori is on walking distance. Apartment has enough space for 4-5 people and your suitcases. It is well equipped with possibility to cook, prepare your own breakast, washing machine, TV and airco (very needed in summer). You will receive precise instructions from owner regarding check-in, which can be done any time as you will have a box with code to pick up keys by yourself.

Negative: The apartment was not very clean and after commenting to the company they resent someone to do a recleaning. Apartment looks a bit tired and some parts need renovation, like for example sofa, with many stains may need drycleaning or be replaced. The garbage disposal can be a problem if you stay several days, as they ask you to leave it at 11 when you normally go out sooner. Building has no place to store your luggage after you leave. With an App they provide you can find a place, but the only close one opens only at 11AM (maybe they need to find agreement with place nearby). Finally we took our chances and left them in OCAT lockers.
