Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The location is perfect, close to the subway and several direct lines. If you plan to explore Shinjuku or Shibuya this is a great find (good value). I wouldn't say this is a hotel, more of an apartment to yourself. The staff is amazing and super quick to respond if you have questions or issues. Note, this is an unmanned hotel (everything is digital)

Negative: Overall we were happy with the standard, you get what you pay for. However, some surfaces should be properly cleaned and painted. You can observe several water related damages and some spots in the roof (shower area).
