Positive: We went as a family of 6 adults and 1 child (3y.o). Our room was two storeys and had ample space for all of us. There was a mix of tatami and 2-beds to sleep. There was 1 toilet on each floor. The room comes with a shower and an outdoor onsen which is perfect in the weather. There were 5 public onsen, all for your own private use - 3 of them are outdoors and do not require reservation. Another 2 needs to be reserved (1-hour slot) which can be done during check-in. We managed to use one of it - it is indoor and really good water, I love it! The meals were delicious and the staff were really kind and helpful. It was a memorable stay for us!
