Positive: The location is great, lots of restaurants, shops etc. Also close to drop off and pick up point for Airport Bus Service.

Negative: The staffs is not particularly friendly, everything we asked for is met with a very cordial but firm NO. We asked for a knife to peel some fruits, borrow an umbrella, all NO.

Summary: Location will bring me back to this hotel
