Summary: We booked as a family of four indicating the ages of our children. Upon arrival we notice there was only bed setup for 3 of us and we were charged on site for the an “extra child”. That only gave us a single extra futon without any amenities, not even a bath towel, not to mention everything only has 3 sets such as toothbrush and slippers. The room is of poor design, with the Japanese style folding screen across the window which does not block lights. The lights from the shops around was so bright even at night and difficult to fall asleep. The humidifier is smelly and gives poor odour - however in Japan it’s so dry we just have to use it. The only good thing about the hotel is its relative good position and close proximity to shops
