Positive: Big rooms, good location close to the beach.

Negative: There was lots of dust in the house, smells of mould. On the ceiling in one of the bedrooms, the roof had been stained from leaks. Windows were not able to be opened. The view into the garden was tarnished by junk thrown haphazardly around, appeared as if the owners didn’t care for the place. When placing suitcases into a cupboard, there were lots of old books that had been thrown into it which also stunk of mould and dust. Not great if you are an asthmatic or have issues with mould.
