Summary: Amazing staff and very friendly. Helped me getting my lost scarf back by calling the bus company, printed out a paper with all the info needed and also hand wrote a message to the staff bus office so they would understand the situation. Room was clean and good size and we will stay here for sure next time we visit Kyoto :)
