Positive: Nice location, very clean well maintained room and bathroom. Spotless. We were there during the fireflies season, and we didn't realise until we got there, such a great surprise!! There was a free fireflies walk, the lady was very kind and very helpful sharing all the information about fireflies (in English too, which was handy).. and it was mesmerising looking at thousands of fireflies up close.

Negative: No lift. She was kind giving us an option to stay on a lower floor though.
