Positive: The location was fantastic! The view of the lake and mountains was spectacular. Was an amazing big space with plenty of room and the balcony and bathtub were great. It was nice and secluded and peaceful, with no neighhours close by. I would not recommend this property unless you have a car as it would be hard to get to on public transport. Was just a short drive to some of the best sight seeing in the region with easy access to the ropeways, pirateship and other great spots. Plenty of good food in town, but as its a smaller place, check the opening hours.

Negative: There was an odor in the property which is probably mostly because of the amount of moisture in this region of the mountains, however some of this might have been fixed by better maintenance of the drains and other wet areas. Some of the "Smart" features of the property were overly complicated. We spent considerable amount of time just trying to work out how to use the hot water, the washing machine and other appliances, where you really just want to turn on the tap and it works. It was a shame the doors on the bath did not open to the outside. With these couple of changes this would be a 10/10 property 100%.

Summary: Brillant Villa and Location with amazing views, needs a bit of attention to detail.
