Positive: Location 5 mins from railway station and 5 minutes from 711. Whilst not a shopping district, easy to get to Disneyland, team labs and shopping districts like shibuya and ginzo

Negative: Stairs are tight but no big deal. Futons not as comfortable as normal mattresses
